KHALIL EIDEH DENIED ENTRY TO US
SENATOR THE HON PENNY WONG LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION IN THE SENATE
Labor is deeply concerned by reports that Victorian MP, Khalil Eideh, has been denied entry to the United States.
Mr Eideh is an elected member of State Parliament and was travelling on a valid visa.
Labor is seeking an explanation as to why Mr Eideh was denied entry by the US.
Labor understands the Foreign Minister is aware of reports and has asked Australian officials to make urgent enquiries.
