MALCOLM TURNBULL’S SECRET SPECIAL DEALS FOR ELITE PRIVATE SCHOOLS

Malcolm Turnbull has done more than 100 special deals with some of Australia’s most elite private schools to give them money from a secret $7.1 million government slush fund, it’s been revealed today.

 

The schools getting extra funding include the exclusive Melbourne Grammar, St Ignatius' Riverview, Loretto Kirribilli, Ascham, Kambala, and Kincoppal Rose Bay.

 

It’s extraordinary that Mr Turnbull is throwing more money at these elite private schools when he’s admitted they are already overfunded.

 

And worst of all, Malcolm Turnbull is giving these elite private schools extra funding at the same time as he’s ripping billions of dollars from needy public schools.

 

The Liberals’ $17 billion of school cuts hit public schools hardest. Over the next two years alone, public schools cop 86 per cent of the cuts.

 

You can’t trust the Liberals to fairly fund schools.
