Today’s eleventh-hour lunge by the Minister to intervene in the National Relay Service transition is the latest evidence of this Government’s mishandling of CapTel.
The Minister thought he could just brush off concerns about CapTel and now finds himself running around in a panic.

The Government and the current provider have had since June 2017 to resolve these issues. They both have explaining to do.
Labor has been raising community concerns with the Minister in Question Timeand his arrogant responses are angering many in the community.
Elderly deaf Australians who rely on CapTel deserve much better than this.
